Sundays May 4th, 18th, 25th, and June 1st at 11:30am-12:45pm
Just like it sounds- come to this class for Vinyasa AND Yin! Opposing forces and complementary opposites combined into one class to balance your body, mind, and spirit. The first half of this class is vinyasa, or dynamic movement, where we move mindfully and activate the body in stronger postures. The second half will be cool and still, so we can seek openness and surrender in the body and mind. You will leave feeling physically rejuvenated and refreshed mentally. All-levels welcome. Beginner's and anyone looking to add some movement to their Yin practices are encouraged to attend this class.
