Yoga Nidra for Ultimate Relaxation

Join Brooke towards the end of our Meditation March for a meditative experience unlike any other.

During Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, you will be guided into a hypnagogic state of consciousness where you are between waking and sleeping. Your body will be completely relaxed. Explore an inner world of stillness by traveling through the Pancha Maya Koshas, or 5 layers of your being. This class is suitable for all abilities and anyone wanting to feel present, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

All class passes can be used or drop-in rates apply.
