Our Fall 300-hour program runs for two 5-week sessions.
Session One: September 7th-October 6th
Session Two: October 26th-November 24th
Mandatory hours and dates are: Saturdays & Sundays from 8am-5pm.
Our curriculum meets and exceeds the standards set forth by Yoga Alliance. The 300-hour advanced program is only for students and teachers who have already taken a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training. This advanced program is designed to build upon and deepen the student's understanding of the fundamental concepts of the practice and teachings of yoga that are taught at the 200-hour level. This training is focused on principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced, more detailed, and/or subtler, and the training enables them to teach with greater skill. Yang and Yin styles of Yoga will be covered.
This program has been created for: students to deepen their practice and study of Yoga, students looking to develop their personal practice, or for any students who feel a call to become, or explore becoming a Yoga teacher. This training will take place in a safe, supportive, and inspired learning environment of like-minded individuals designed for self-discovery, personal growth, and a transformational experience.
Upon completion of both the 200 and 300-hour training, students will be well-rounded as a 500-hour Advanced Power/Vinyasa/Yin teacher, capable teaching all-levels and abilities safe and effective Yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation practices, in addition to in-depth studies of Yoga.
In addition to the scheduled training hours, students will have additional: required readings, written homework assignments, and classes to attend each week.
