Children's Yoga Elements Series with Angie Cooper


Sundays at 9am | Oct 20th, Nov 3rd, Nov 17th
Children benefit from yoga in so many ways, just like adults.  Children will practice for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment so that they too can manage their life challenges with a little more ease.  

Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness in a non-competitive manner. Fostering compassion while enhancing their flexibility, strength and coordination.  

Children will learn to manage stress through breath awareness, meditation and healthy movement, practicing concentration, all while increasing their confidence and positive self-image.  

Oct 20th:
Earth + Water | Grounding to create acceptance and fluidity through movement

Nov 3rd:
Fire + Air | Movement and transformation to create connection and compassion

Nov 17th:
Space+ Light | Movement to make space, focus, and clarity in body and mind

Appropriate for ages 7-12.
Children’s Class Pass rates apply: Drop-in $12 OR $50 for 5 classes.
Children’s passes may also be used for our Family Yoga Series!
