THANKSgiving Day Kundalini with Ann Campbell

Join your Yoga community on this day of thanks to practice forgiveness and gratitude. Great courage is required to forgive and through movement, breath and mantra, we can release moments from our past that no longer serve us. Then cultivating an attitude of gratitude, in which we are grateful for every breath of life. This attitude of gratitude creates an upward spiral of positivity, moving us toward prosperity. This gentle practice will open our hearts to joy. The class will end with a long gong savasana with the use of several gongs. You will leave feeling your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies in complete alignment and balanced.

The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.
