Join your Yoga community to practice on this day of thanks as we come together and bring into our hearts what we are grateful for. The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.
This all-level class will focus on cultivating an attitude of gratitude towards whatever it is you are thankful to have in your life. Everyone will leave feeling relaxed, peaceful, more alive, and able to head into our holiday to spread our love and gratitude to each individual we encounter.
